It is time to take review what happened in the Fort Mill real estate market in October. Let’s begin by looking at a year over year comparison with regard to the new listings that came on the market. In 2017, there were 111 new listings on the market which increased by 26.1 percent to 140 new listings in 2018. 👆
Next, we look at the pending sales starting with 2017. There were 115 listings that were pending in 2017 which number increased by 10.4 percent to 127 pending sales in 2018. 👆
Then we need to review the closed sales. In 2017, there were 100 closed sales which increased in 2017 by 6 percent to 106 closed sales. 👆
The median sales price was $297,000 in 2017 and increased by 13.1 percent to $336,000 median sales price in 2018. Wow!! 👆
